Construction Leadership Boot Camp
Brad Humphrey and Bob Dusin have created a unique 2-day experience. The Boot Camp is highly interactive and will help develop and enhance the skills necessary for your field leaders and crews to reach the next level. We'll provide tools that can be implemented immediately when your leaders return to their jobsites.
Supervisors, foremen, and superintendents will increase their skills in all aspects of jobsite communication, learn techniques that will allow them to create effective plans, and find new ways to become better coaches and trainers.
To increase the interactivity and the overall learning experience, class sizes are limited. The cost for the 2-day class is $695, and includes all materials, as well as breakfast and lunch each day. We will contact you with information regarding start times and meeting location to allow you adequate time to make your travel arrangements to Kansas City.
