D-I-Y Coaching / Mentoring
We have several guide books that have been developed to allow a more senior or experienced leader coach or mentor a younger or less experienced worker. The guide books are not training manuals but rather a personal handbook that Coach and Player both use to move through several areas of development. Our guide books are very easy to use and serve as your facilitator to discuss critical development issues that the Player needs to develop. You will find our guidebooks directing you to discuss issues and techniques that in an easier manner than you could have discussed on your own.
